Who is eligible to apply for a loan?
Any Rwandan citizen aged 18 years or older with a valid National ID can apply for a loan. Applicants must also meet the basic requirements such as providing proof of income, collateral (where required), and a guarantor.
What documents are required when applying for a loan?
To process your loan application, you will need to provide:
-A completed loan application form.
-A photocopy of your valid National ID.
-A photocopy of your guarantor’s ID.
-Marital status certificate (marriage, single, or divorce certificate).
-Proof of payment of the application fee (0.5% of requested loan).
-Proof of payment of the administrative fee (2.5% of requested loan).
-Bank account statement for the last 3 months.
-Collateral documents (e.g., land title).
-Valuation report and IRPV Certificate.
-Proof of RWF 20,000 payment to the RDB account .

How long does loan approval take?
Our loan approval process is fast and efficient. Once all required documents are submitted, approval takes a maximum of 2 business days.
What are the fees and charges?
Application Fee: 0.5% of the requested loan amount.
Processing & Administrative Fee: 2.5% of the requested loan amount.
Collateral Valuation & IRPV Certification: Depending on the asset provided.
All payments must be made through official bank slips to designated accounts .
